I’m an integrative therapist born and based in West Sussex, with additional training in hypnotherapy. I’m a full member of the National Counselling, Psychotherapy Society and the Hypnotherapy Society.

I offer a warm, confidential space where you can feel safe to explore whatever challenges you’re facing. Building a trusting, respectful relationship is at the heart of how I work. I see therapy as a collaborative journey and it’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move towards greater clarity, confidence, and well-being.

I believe deeply in the strength and resilience of the human mind and body, and in their ability to heal and grow even in the face of difficulty. I’m here to support you through that process, offering gentle, honest reflections and staying close to your pace.
