How long does therapy last?
The length of therapy can vary a lot depending on the individual’s needs, goals, and the type of therapy being used. We’ll work together to find a pace and timeline that feels right for you.
Do you offer online counselling or teletherapy?
We offer both online and in-person counselling sessions to suit your needs and preferences. Whether you feel most comfortable meeting face-to-face or prefer the convenience of connecting virtually, we’re here to support you.
How much does a session cost?
Depending on the length, each session is £75

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee.
Is everything I say confidential?
Yes. We are bound by the professional code of conduct of the BSCH of which we are a members. Everything you share is confidential with a few legal exceptions (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others, abuse reporting). We can explain confidentiality in detail during your first session.
